CBD (cannabidiol): One of the many compounds found in cannabis plants, it’s the nonpsychoactive cousin of THC. Recent research suggests it’s anti-inflammatory, can calm skin, and might help with anti-aging and acne.
Hemp: A cannabis variety that most CBD products are made from. It has little to no THC.
